For part accuracy, all orders are verified by the parts department before any charge or shipment is made. Our primary goal is that you receive the correct genuine replacement part the first time. All orders are verified according to the model number, part number, or serial number entered during your part search. Also, during the checkout process, you can enter additional information/comments for our parts department. We will research all information/comments provided to verify your part is correct before any charge or shipment is made. If we need any additional information to properly verify your part or have any questions regarding your order you will be contacted via email and/or phone promptly.
With a provided RMA number, we will exchange and or accept a return with a provided prepaid return label on any part we ship in error at no cost to the customer. Please see the full terms and conditions or email our parts department for more information.
The part finder can cross reference by model number, part number, or serial number. The model number is recommended so that you will receive the newest updated part from the manufacturer. Our system provides our own internal part numbers that reference the part you select. Use the number the part finder gives you when you place your order. All orders are verified for accuracy before your order is processed and shipped.
Since there are over 5 million pictures of parts, we are unable to provide photos of all parts. Any photo that is shown during your search is an example/representation only. This is because parts are constantly being updated by the manufacturers. If the part finder found your part, feel secure that you will receive the correct part as all orders are verified for part accuracy before any charge or shipment is made. This just means that there has been some type of update or revision to your part. Not all updates/revisions to parts are noticed by the naked eye. They are simply improvements to the part quality. However, some parts may look different from the original due to these updates or revisions. These updated or revised parts are still genuine replacement parts. These updates or revisions can also cause part numbers to change.
This means it can usually ship the same day if the order is placed before 11:00 AM (EST) Mon-Fri unless this is a made-to-order or special-order part. If your part is a special-order or made-to-order item, it will require additional processing time before shipment."..

Genuine or OEM means that the part is the actual replacement part recommended by the manufacturer. Genuine OEM parts are not generic or aftermarket parts. By ordering genuine OEM parts, it will prevent major modifications to your original equipment in most cases.
UPS is our preferred method of shipping. Ground shipping is $13.00 for standard items. Oversized packages or parts requiring a different shipping carrier by the customer can require additional shipping costs. You will be notified promptly via email and/or phone if this applies to your order before any charge is made. UPS ground deliveries depending on your location can take 3-7 business days. Your tracking number will be sent to the email you provide on your order.
